Please Describe Your Addition

Add plugin-rollup-server-io and All-in-one development server solution, with reload, open, console debugger, files injection (to HTML), proxy, and allow injecting other middlewares.

Thanks for your submission. Unfortunatelyserver-io-core doesn't appear to be a rollup plugin, or a rollup-specific project. We cannot accept this addition to the rollup awesome list at this time.
