Copies, minifies and replaces values for a given manifest.json file, to be used in peoples build process.

The very first item in the checklist is:

If you just created something, wait at least 30 days before submitting. This is to give it some time to mature and ensure it's not just a publish-and-forget type of project.

It's disappointing that the checkboxes for both check and double check were marked off, but it doesn't appear that you saw that very first item. Be more diligent in the future to follow the guidelines given.
