Property Listing API

As a user, I want to be able to view a list of properties so that I can browse through available real estate options.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] User can view a list of properties.
[ ] Each property includes an image, address, price, and description.
[ ] User can filter properties by price range.
[ ] User can filter properties by property type (e.g., apartment, house).
[ ] User can sort properties by price ascending or descending.
[ ] User can paginate through the list of properties.

[ ] User can view the details of a specific property when selected.
