Acceptance Criteria
[ ] User can access a FAQ section from the main menu.
[ ] FAQ section is organized into categories.
[ ] Each FAQ can be expanded to view the answer.
[ ] FAQs can be searched by keyword.
[ ] User can request help on a topic not covered by the FAQs.
[ ] User can submit a new question if the answer is not available.
[ ] User can upvote useful FAQs.
[ ] User can report outdated or incorrect FAQs.
