Story 2: Filter by Price Range

As a user, I want to filter properties within a specific price range to fit my budget.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Users can select a minimum and maximum price.
[ ] The system updates the list of properties within the chosen price range.

[ ] Price filters are easily adjustable.
