Email Sending

As a system, I want to send emails to all users in a group so that they can be informed about updates or actions.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] System can send emails immediately or schedule them.
[ ] System handles sending emails to large groups.
[ ] System logs sent emails for auditing.
[ ] Users receive the email in their inbox.

[ ] System retries sending if the email fails.
