Story: Filter Properties

As a user, I want to filter properties based on my preferences to find suitable options.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] User can filter by price range.
[ ] User can filter by property type.
[ ] User can filter by number of bedrooms.
[ ] Filters provide real-time results.

[ ] User can reset filters to default.
