Story: Sort Properties

As a user, I want to sort the property list to easily find what I am looking for.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] User can sort by price, ascending and descending.
[ ] User can sort by the date listed.
[ ] User can sort by property size.

[ ] The sort feature is intuitive and easy to use.
