As a guest, I want to browse properties

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Guest can view property listings without an account.
[ ] Guest can see brief details of the property in the listing.
[ ] Guest has the option to create an account for more features.

[ ] Guest is prompted to register upon trying to contact a seller.
