Save Custom Theme Colors

As a user, I want to save multiple custom theme colors that I have created so that I can switch between them according to my mood or preference.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Users can save custom color themes.
[ ] Users can name and organize their themes.
[ ] Users can edit and delete saved themes.

[ ] At least 5 custom themes can be saved per user.
