View Properties

As a user, I want to view a list of properties so I can select one that interests me.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] List of properties is displayed.
[ ] Each property shows a thumbnail image.
[ ] Properties can be sorted by price, size, and location.

[ ] Pagination is implemented for the list.
