Parachute Packing

As a packer, I want to pack parachutes efficiently so that they deploy correctly.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Parachute can be packed in under 10 minutes.
[ ] Packing method has been tested for reliability.
[ ] Packing instructions are clear and easy to follow.
[ ] Each step in the packing process has a quality check.

[ ] Packed parachute fits into the designated compartment.
