Story 3: Emailing Meeting Notes

As a user, I want the AI to email the meeting notes after the meeting ends, so that I have a record of the discussion.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] AI compiles notes and summary at meeting end.
[ ] AI formats the email with proper structure and branding.
[ ] Users can add additional email recipients.
[ ] Users can trigger the email manually.
[ ] Email includes a link to the recorded meeting.

[ ] Attendees receive the email within 5 minutes of meeting conclusion.
