Description

Users should have the ability to create new bug entries in the tracking system and provide details about the encountered stupid bug.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] There should be a 'Create Bug' form with fields for bug description, severity, and affected component
• [ ] Upon submission, a new bug entry should be created in the tracking system with provided details
• [ ] The bug entry should have a unique identifier
