Description

As an admin, I want to be able to manage the bug reports and users in the system.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Admin can view a list of all users and their roles
• [ ] Admin can assign or revoke user roles (e.g., developer, tester) as needed
• [ ] Admin can delete or archive bug reports when they are no longer relevant
• [ ] Archived bug reports are still accessible for reference or historical purposes
