Add a rollyourown project to deploy an MQTT broker.

Purpose of the project or module

This project would deploy a personal MQTT broker for private IoT use-cases. A dashboard / user management front-end should be included for managing the service.

Software to deploy

An example of an open source MQTT broker is Mosquitto. An example of a user front-end is the Cedalo Management Center.
