REQ: GUI indicator for turtle mode #433

hi yall

we turn on/off the turtle mode allot
when the button was added to the GUI 
it made things so much better, thanks

a graphical method of knowing the current state would be nice
(ex1) a turtle in the sysTray  
(ex2) change color of the turtle button in the tool bar
(ex3) list current speed & current max up/down 
... in the task bar tool-tip &/or info bar @ bottom of app

long live the transGUI

The turtle mode icon on the toolbar and menus are "pressed" when turtle mode is 
active. Is it not enough?
