Torrent groups should allow the user to create, edit and remove groups in 
addition to adding and removing torrents from groups.

Such function should be implemented in the transmission daemon.

Why would that be?
I don't see how groups affect the functionality of the daemon. Instead, it's 
basically a presentation issue.

The daemon does not support groups. Implementing groups functionality locally 
is not a good solution for me, since they will not be available, when 
connecting to the daemon from the other location...
