Window keeps popping to the foreground when adding torrents, while GUI is minimized

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run transmission-remote-gui in minimized mode
2.click on a torrent link in a webbroser
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expectation (or wish) is for the GUI to stay minimized, and just by means of 
the tray notification advise that torrent has been added successfully.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1 on Windows 7 64b
