Enhancement: add muliple torrents at once via file dialog

The summary says it all.

I would like the ability to select multiple torrents in the add new torrent 
file dialog.  I'm on windows if that matters.

Ivanal's patch fixes this...

Ivanal's patch is excellent and he should(must) be very proud of it!!  Just use

use Ivanal's   mypatch-6.patch
or download the transgui .7z or .exe  of mypatch-6.patch compile
