Stop seeding when inactive part-checked even though unselected in transmission options #462

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uncheck "Stop seeding if inactive" under transmission options
2. Add a torrent and the option is "filled" not unchecked

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that the box would be unchecked and not filled

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1 Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Might be that I missunderstand the behaviour but I would expect that if I 
uncheck the option under Transmission options it would not be filled when I add 
a torrent.

What does the option actually do? Does it stop announcing to the tracker if 
inactive for x minutes or something else?

The "Stop seeding if inactive" option is not related to the checkbox in the 
"Add torrent" window.
