Add support to transmission 2.41 - Torrent Queuing !!!!!!!!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V2.41 on linux

Please provide any additional information below.
The new transmission version has added the ability to queuing torents. 
It would be awesome to add support for this feature.

there is a patch that does this very nicely!

corrected here   issue 463   corrects this

version is 3.2.1
use Ivanal's   mypatch-6.patch
or download the transgui .7z or .exe  of mypatch-6.patch compile
