Inconvenient Horizontal Scrolling #479

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Strech one of header in torrent list, that horizontal scroll appeared.
2. Drag Horzontal Scroll Bar

What is the expected output? 
In windows application dragging horizontal scroll bar will scroll window in 
proportion to the movenet
What do you see instead?
It's scrolled only to second column, third etc. It's always that full columnt 
is shown, for example i can't scroll that it's only half of first column on 
display, it's always full column.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Transmission Remot GUI 3.2
Windows XP SP3 x89

Все что я пытаюсь сказать - в приложения 
обычно можно осуществлять горизонтальный 
скороллин в небольших масштабах, 
прокрутить половину первой колонки. В 
Transmission Remot GUI же всегда прокручивается на 
колонку целиком.

It's a Lazarus grid limitation.
