3.2 Transmission Queue options are gone

In the latest remote-gui version, it is no longer possible to update queue 
settings. 'Transmission Options -> Queue tab' is simply missing.

There were no queue options at all. Probably you used a program with a 
third-party patch applied.

no, I used one of the betas leading up to 3.2 release in order to support 
Transmission 2.4 (although version number in .exe states 3.2.1).  This version 
also had a graph tab at the bottom, which is also no longer part of the current 
final release.
