Update README #75

Related to #39, but the front page README.md of this repo desperately needs updating! Note also that Tracey is looking for clarity around the correct name for the package - per the current Readme I assume it's "rompy" but she says the open sourcing doco said "ROMPY" and seeks clarity.

I just chatted with Paul Branson, and his feedback is: generally python package names are lowercase

To use lower case 'rompy' would be consistent and Paul is happy to go with a concensus
