Add explanation for repositories to Glossary #308

I went looking for how you would all define what a repository is, and I couldn't find it here. So I've added what I think it is. Feel free to suggest changes :)

Thanks Ryan! Could you also add the same thing to the new docs right here: source/learn/introduction/glossary.html.md?

We've recently moved to a new setup that's based on docsites that live in project repositories (just like in dry-rb.org) and so all the current source/#{version}/* are considered legacy docs.
