Describe the bug

The link to the "Quick Start" in the README is broken. It goes to: https://rom-rb.org/learn/repositories/quick-start

To Reproduce

  1. Visit readme https://github.com/rom-rb/rom#rom-
  2. Click "Quick Start"

Expected behavior

The quick start link works!
