[ROM Birds 111343] Dysithamnus ardesiacus ardesiacus - Update taxonomy #24

I copy the explication of the issue by SACC (Remsen et al. 2015)

"Thamnomanes ardesiacus and T. saturninus were formerly (e.g., Cory & Hellmayr 1924, Pinto 1937, Phelps & Phelps 1950a, Peters 1951) placed in Dysithamnus, but see Meyer de Schauensee (1966), Zimmer & Isler (2003)..."

Therefore, this taxa should be include in the Thamnomanes genos, instead Dysithamnus.
