access_alsa demux error: cannot commit hardware parameters: Input/output error #4

I get an error 

[INFO] Waiting for input source...
[ERROR] Could not find matching PulseAudio input source

So I've tried using usbaudio -n Can't find the device in pactl list short sources

But I do find it in cat /proc/asound/cards

 1 [SDM450MTPSNEA44]: USB-Audio - SDM450-MTP _SN:EA4419D2
                      OPPO SDM450-MTP _SN:EA4419D2 at usb-0000:00:14.0-3, high speed

but playing it using 

vlc -Idummy --live-caching=50 alsa://hw:1

gives me errors

What is the pid:vid of your device (lsusb) before and after enabling audio accessory?

Before = 18d1:4ee9 After = 18d1:2d05

Ok, that seems correct. Which device is it?

It's Realme C1

Same issue with Oneplus 7 running stock oos rom android 9 pie
