Change the convention for gains #15

Currently, gains are given in output unit / volt for outputs, and input unit / volt for inputs. But it seems the convention, at least in the document of Molecular Devices amplifiers, is always in volt/signal unit. So let's choose that for clarity and simplicity.

Actually no it seems to be volt/unit for all. Weird!

The confusion seems to come from the Axoclamp 2B specs! Those are volt/unit or unit/volt depending on input or output.

So it's the Axoclamp 900A code that is wrong!

Actually no, that code is correct too (it seems). It's the manuals, including the Axoclamp 900A, which are confusing.
