Currently, it kind of works on a video. However, there are issues in practice:

The downsampling factor is different on the video and on the camera. It should probably be specified as a target pixel_per_um value.
It's very slow. There could be some optimizations to do, for example by windowing the image over the previous position.

Secondly, I tried to make the stage follow but it doesn't work well. Not clear whether the issue is image analysis and/or commanding the stage.

The first two issues are now fixed with the suggested implementations.
