Fix documentation is regard to DISTRO_FEATURES #1

In before DISTRO_FEATURES += was mentioned, which does override the default DISTRO_FEATURES ?= settings from poky, Leading ultimately to a installed-vs-shipped QA error in glibc-locale, as the locale settings were overwritten by the assignment. Fixed that by using DISTRO_FEATURES_append, which does mind the weak defaults.

You're welcome - BTW did you wks-file work for you? - I tried a lot yesterday and had to go with a different one in the end. If not I could contribute mine

Not, this example is not finished yet so it is not working. Improvements are very welcomed!
