Team Name : maxq
Question : Will we get a chance to test our robot in the arena before the contest? It's extremely hard to make something autonomous run perfectly in the real world without testing it in the arena first.

Also, can we SSH into the robot to launch the .launch file in the robot to start its autonomous functionality? That's effectively our "Start button"

You will have opportunities to test your robot in the morning before the competition.

About SSH : any form of remote comunication is forbidden during the match. So SSHing to the robot is forbidden. You must equip your robot with a physical button and your program have to wait the press on this button to start.
