Develop infrastructure to record and track calibration files that can be used by each instance of the DRP.
It needs to:
Part of this requires also figuring out how to match calibration data with associated science data (need to talk with Obs planning WG).
See the kpicdrp caldb for inspiration.
For darks, we may need to track the size of the data frame (sci vs eng).
