The obstype from astrometric boresight calibration might be wrong #208

Describe the bug The astrometric boresight calibration code (maybe it's just the automatic recipe identification) looks like it uses an OBSTYPE="AST" keyword value, but according to this page it should be "ASTROM".

The correct keyword should be verified and made to be consistent between the confluence wiki and the DRP.
