changes rome #254

I moved some entries to the new folders for Rome and created an entry

It looks like regio_iii_isis_et_serapi/templum/pacis.md was inadvertently placed under a new roma directory, whereas all the others are under rome.

Which spelling do you think we should use, "rome" or "roma"?

If the rest say Rome, let's go with rome. I thought I had typed Rome but I may have done Roma out of habit
