Flag for Belarus

Could you include this flag for Belarus in the next release of Hedgewars? This 
is the national Belarusian flag, unlike the current one, which is just a 
modified version of the flag of Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic:

You could name my version cm_belarus.png, or vice versa, rename the official 
flag to cm_belarus and rename my version to belarus.png.

Shame it is so boring looking :-p

Hrm. Looks like some political dispute, ongoing.  No objection I 'spose. a cm_ 
flag would be a decent way to resolve it.

It was the official flag of Belarus in 1991—1995, and now is very popular 
among many belarusians. I used it in Hedgewars, but other users can't see this 
flag, only the standard hedgewars.png instead. So could you please add it to 
the repositary as cm_belarus.png?
