Add "Private Message" style chat #577

What problem are you currently facing?
My buddies play in a locked room while the host is my best friend. I can't join 
them because the room is locked.

How do you think the situation should be improved?
Add 'whisper' feature. To mention, or to tell (or whatever) my friends that i 
want to join the room. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

Don't forget that patches are welcome ;)

I don't know how to make one. Anyway, the whisper is also a feature for some 
game client like Voobly.
