Rope goes through walls in racer demo

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.well look at the demo its all there starts from 30 sec.
2.its in a part of map maybe more parts when rope goes trought walls.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 HG 9.20 . windows xp, but its on every os i use
