Drill rocket drilling dust is slightly misplaced

In Hedgewars 0.9.20, the smoke trail of the drill rocket is slightly misplaced.

Just shoot a drill rocket into land and you should notice it. This graphical 
glitch is most notable when you shoot the drill rocket horizontally into the 
land. In this case, the smoke trail is above (???) the drill rocket, which 
looks a bit odd.

I tested this on a random map with the Compost theme.

I use GNU/Linux.

dev-note: the actual position of the smoke sprite seems correct, it's just 
being rendered with some weird offset or something
