Napalm and Piano Strike without radio in hog's hand #972

While air strike, mine strike and drill strike all make the hedgehog take some 
kind of "radio" (?) in their hand as soon you select it, there is no special 
hog looks for napaln and Piano Strike (just the default Hedgehog looks, holding 
nothing in its hands).

Tested in r5a9dde74127e under GNU/Linux.

piano-strike should probably have a teleporter(+music note?) in the hand - and 
the hog should teleport out before the piano appears ^^
