ohardy/dokku-volume has since been replaced with the official dokku/docker-options. Updated README to reflect these configuration changes.

That change is in dokku, but not dokku-alt, correct?

Ah correct. Feel free to close this and I can keep my fork as the dokku version :smile:

Do you think this can work with both? Can you update to have both sections in the doc?
