Deploy app button on dashboard #9

Dashboard currently has "deploy app" button, which does not do anything.

I am thinking - it can be used to launch "standard" apps across multiple instances of dokku. For example I'd like to have "phpmyadmin" in there with ability to deploy to various hosts.
