Not able to connect to UI #24

Wenn activating UI I can not connect. It tells me that the connection was refused. Version 1.2 & 1.3.0

I don't now exactly what the problem is. Sometimes I am able to show it sometimes not. I have to push the reload button several times. Once I am able to connect to the UI and I stay on the site it is not a problem anymore. I therefore close the Issue.
