I'm not sure, could it be a network reason? Occasionally

Following are the things that I am facing : 1) Twitter does not return success if the tweet is tweeted successfully it says failed to tweet and same is with the instagram. 2) And the new thing is the above one you mentioned, it was working fine but now its failing to post on facebook now. I don't thing its any network reason maybe the facebook has changed their policies or any I did not get any solution so far still going through it.

Facebook may have changed its policy. I have seen before that Facebook hopes that users’ sharing is an active behavior, not an incentive behavior, so it may not return sharing results
