Cannot install in Java 6 #120

The same problem from Issue #109 is back again. I have had several users report this to me today and just verified myself. When you try to install via p2 update site it fails with error:

Problems downloading artifact: osgi.bundle,org.review_board.ereviewboard.core,0.13.2.201302101951. Error reading signed content:C:\Users\GP53713\AppData\Local\Temp\signatureFile5663791449963413268.jar No algorithm found for 2.16.840.1.101.3.4.2.1

I would guess the build was done using Java 7? Hopefully you can refresh the build somewhat quickly.

I'm goint to respin the 0.13.2 update site, but this Eclipse bug should be fixed by now - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=378155 . You should ask your users to upgrade.
