Game modes (config)

Should be some 'game' modes. Yes before we made a 'cfg' file. But there might be an easier way?

• Training (indefinite warm-up time, no half-line blocking shield)
• Public (no auto-restart, lower cool-down period. disable captains)
• Indoor match (indefinite warm-up time, maxplayers 3, no offsides, less celebration time, replay just 1 time shown, disable captains)
• Friendly mix match (indefinite warm-up time, no extra time or penalties, longer cool down, disable captains)
• Friendly match (same as mix but captains enabled)
• League match (indefinite warm-up time, no extra time or penalties, longer half-time ?)
• Cup match (indefinite warm-up time, longer half-time ?)
• etc

All this in a 'rcon panel' ? (like sm_admin)
