Server and SourceTV port conflict #215

This happens pretty common. Mainly with SourceTV. According to Orius this only happens in IOS.

Shouldn't this just be something set by the server admin, using tv_port? The 'listed' port on the league site the other day was different to the port outputted by tv_status on the server. Not sure though about automatic port assignment, but would imagine it's not IOS specific.

Orius mentioned that for some reason IOS servers open two ports instead of one even without SourceTV. Not sure why that would happen, but we have to investigate it.
