Could not launch app in GAE local #1

Hi, When I run the application using tomcat , I could see the app running and launching successfully . But to launch using google app engine it fails , because i had to move the jars to lib folder and launched . when i use the url http://localhost:8888/jqtree-spring-mvc-gae-example i get webpage not found error in the browser

Is not necessary move any file to run the app, i make one video for you can see how I installed the app in my PC, I hope it is help.
