When using the swapping wand with stairs, if the stair is facing a certain direction, then the wand works fine. However, if the stair that is copied is facing a different direction, the wand reports that you don't have the right block even if you have stairs in your inventory.
Works fine when stairs are placed facing east.
Doesn't work when stairs are placed facing west.
